1. General rules
【PZ series pot rubber bearing 】is the bridge standard component product researched according to transportation industry standard of《Pot bearings for highway bridges》(JT / T 391-2009),European standard《Structuralbearings- Part 5:Pot bearings) (EN 1337-5:2005) and other industrial standard (double standards and multiple codes); it belongs to the achievement of national patent technology (ZL 2009 20245755.2); it has passed the authentication of provincial scientific and technological achievements (SKJZ [2009]N〇.100); and it has become the transportation industry standard of the People’s Republic of China; and it is suitable for each kind of road, municipal administration path and rail transit bridges.

Vertical load: Design vertical bearing capacity (MN):
Horizontal force(Series category): I、II、III
I means that the horizontal force is 10% of vertical load capacity
II means that the horizontal force is 15% of vertical load capacity
III means that the horizontal force is 22.5% of vertical load capacity Bearing name code: PZ pot rubber bearing
Example:
PZ( I )-6.0-GD :lt means the design vertical load capacity is 6.0MN, and design horizontal force is 10% of the vertical load capacity, it is normal temperature type and fixed PZ (I) series pot rubber bearing.
PZ( II )-15.0-SX-e150-F :lt means the design vertical load capacity is 15.0MN, displacement along main displacement direction is ± 150mm,it is cold—resistant type and free sliding PZ (II) series pot rubber bearing.
PZ(lll)-8.0-DX-e100 :lt means the design of vertical load capacity is 8.0MN, displacement along main displacement direction is ± 100mm,design horizontal force is 22.5% of the verticalload capacity,it is normal temperature type and one-direction sliding guided PZ (III) series pot rubber bearing.
5. Product Features
♦ New structure
Fixed bearing adopts mortise and tenon structure, so that the horizontal force can be uniformly delivered to any direction; and the stress performance of the bearing is improved.
One direction sliding guided bearing adopts middle guide rail structure; the processing precision is reliable; and the sliding guide performance of the bearing is improved.
♦ Better Material Quality
The main steel material of the bearing adopts Q345 hot rolled steel plate to improve the whole stress performance of the bearing.
The wear-resistant material adopts modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE); and it improves the wear resistance, sliding performance and service life of the bearing.
The high-quality material reduces the structure size of the bearing, weight and cost effectively.
♦ Convenient installation
The bearing is connected with the pier and beam by sleeve and anchor bolt; and it is convenient to install and easy to be replaced.

6. Technical performance
6.1 Vertical load Capacity
According to the design demands, the vertical load capacity of the series bearing is divided into 33 levels.
0. 4MN、0.5MN、0.6MN、0.8MN、1.0MN、1.5MN、2.0MN、2.5MN、3.0MN、3.5MN、4.0MN、5.0MN、6.0MN、 7.0MN、8.0MN、9.0MN、10.0MN、12.5MN、15.0MN、17.5MN、20.0MN、22.5MN、25.0MN、27.5MN、30.0MN、 32.5MN、35.0MN、37.5MN、40.0MN、50.0MN、55.0MN、60.0MN.
6.2Horizontal force Capacity
The horizontal load capacity of one direction sliding bearing in non-movable direction and horizontal load capacity of fixed bearing in every direction is divided into three levels:
PZ (I) type (common type) □ The design horizontal force capacity is 10% of the vertical load capacity of the bearing.
PZ (II ) type (anti-seismic type) □ The design horizontal force capacity is 15% of the vertical load capacity of the bearing.
PZ (III ) type (anti-seismic type) □ The design horizontal force capacity is 22.5% of the vertical load capacity of the bearing.
6.3Design Rotation Angle 0 (rad)
The design rotation angle of the series bearing is not less than ± 0.02rad.
6.4Design displacement
When the movable direction of the sliding guided bearing is transversely placed, the displacement along the transverse direction of bridge of sliding guided bearing and free sliding bearing is ± 50mm.
The displacement along the movable direction of the sliding guided bearing and displacement along the longitudinal direction of bridge of free sliding bearing is ± 50mm, ±1〇0mm,± 150mm,± 200mm,± 250mm.
6.5Suitable Temperature Range
The suitable temperature range of the series bearing: Normal temperature type is -25T)〜+60T); and the cold-resistant temperature type is -40^ ~ +60T).
6.6 Friction Coefficient M
The design friction coefficient of this series bearing is not greater than 0.03.
6.7 Gradient at Beam Bottom
Gradient of cast-in-place beam: it is adjusted by the pre-embedded steel plate or wedge-shape concrete block set at the beam bottom.
Gradient of precast beam: it can be adjusted by the pre-embedded steel plate at the upper part of the bearing when precasting the beam; or the wedge-shape gradient-adjusting steel plate can be added at the bearing top after embedding the steel plate at the beam bottom.
When the gradient is small (^2%), the series bearing can be adjusted by setting gradient on the top of the bearing plate directly.
6.8 Strength Grade of Concrete
When adopting the bearing, the strength grade of the concrete is not lower than C45; and the strength grade of the concrete of the bearing padstone is not lower than C40.
Note: if the project has any special demands, the above technical performance parameters of the series bearing can be customized.
7. Layout Principle of Bearing
The series of pot rubber bearing can be divided into fixing type (GD), one direction sliding guided type (DX) and free sliding type (SX). According to the central distance of two bearings of the transverse bridge, the layout methods of the main beam bearing is as follows:
